Based on Shadow Work, published by St. Martin’s Press.
This is not a lecture.
This is a guided, experiential journey into emotional freedom.

Most people try to change their lives by thinking differently.
But transformation doesn’t happen at the level of thought.
It happens at the level of consciousness.
Shadow Work is the practice of bringing awareness, compassion, and truth to the parts of you that learned how to survive…
but never learned how to rest.
When you work with the shadow:
• Emotional reactivity loosens its grip
• Old patterns stop repeating themselves
• Triggers become teachers, not threats
• Shame dissolves into understanding
• Choice replaces compulsion
This work does not force healing. It creates the conditions for it.
My desire for you in this course is simple:
That you experience how natural healing becomes when you stop fighting yourself.
We do this work together with curiosity, steadiness, and self-love.
Because in community, the work becomes lighter.
And more possible.
Shadow Work Is Not What You Think
Shadow Work is not about digging up trauma for the sake of it. It’s not about reliving pain.
And it’s definitely not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you.
Shadow Work is about integration.

You may be ready for this work if any of this feels familiar:
• You’re emotionally reactive even when you “know better”
• You repeat relationship patterns you can’t fully explain
• Certain people trigger you, and you don’t know why
• You swing between over-giving and resentment
• You carry shame or self-judgment that lingers
• You appear confident, but feel guarded inside
• You avoid certain emotions because they feel unsafe
• You feel stuck in old identities that no longer fit
• You crave freedom, but something invisible feels in the way
• You’ve done “the work,” yet something still feels incomplete
If you recognize yourself here, nothing is broken.
Your shadow is simply asking to be seen.
This work doesn’t make you someone new.
It brings you back to yourself.
As your shadow integrates, you may experience:
Emotional freedom from patterns.
You will become comfortable in your own skin.
You will know with complete certainty that you life is good.
You will find a level of empowerment that you have never known before.

Sign up now!”—
“Dancing With the Shadow” is a life-changing class. Delving into the subconscious can be painful, but Rev Michelle infuses such love and compassion, it alleviates the angst that could otherwise become overwhelming. Even after decades of spiritual excavation work, beliefs and patterns emerged while taking this class that I was astounded by, and able to love and release. If you want an elevated sense of true freedom, give yourself the gift of taking Rev Michelle Wadleigh’s “Dancing With the Shadow.”

Michelle doesn’t teach forgiveness as a concept.
She teaches it as a lived, practiced path to freedom.
For decades, Michelle has supported individuals in releasing old wounds, breaking emotional patterns, and reclaiming their inner authority — not through bypassing pain, but by meeting it honestly and compassionately.
Her work is grounded, direct, and deeply human.
She understands that forgiveness is not a one-time decision.
It is a practice.
And when practiced with care and integrity, it leads to freedom.
Michelle brings clarity, emotional safety, and steady guidance to this process — so you’re not doing it alone, and you’re not forcing yourself to “be ready” before you begin.
