You have done the work.
You have opened the door.
You have looked at the shadow, named it, softened around it, and begun to understand that it was never the enemy.
Now it is time to go deeper.

Forgiving the Shadow Laboratory is a follow-up experience for students who have taken Shadow Work or Forgiveness courses with Rev. Dr. Michelle Wadleigh and are ready to practice, integrate, and embody the work in a deeper way.
This is not another class filled with information.
This is a sacred laboratory.
A place to bring your real-life triggers, patterns, stories, judgments, reactions, and tender places into the light of compassion, curiosity, and forgiveness.
This is for you if ...
You have taken a Shadow of Forgiveness Course and:
You understand the concepts but want real-life application
You still find yourself caught in old reactions or patterns
You’re ready to meet yourself with more honesty and compassion
You want a safe, non-judgmental space to do deeper work.

This experience is designed to be practical, intimate, and deeply supportive.
You will be guided through reflection, conversation, spiritual practice, inquiry, and gentle integration exercises. This is a space where you do not have to be polished, perfect, or spiritually impressive.
You get to come as you are.
The reward of this work is not becoming someone else.
The reward is becoming more free to be yourself.
Because healing is not just something we understand.
It is something we practice.
A laboratory is where we experiment, observe, try again, and discover what is true.
In this space, we are not aiming for perfection.
We are practicing presence.

If you’ve begun this work, you already know—
the shadow doesn’t disappear just because we’ve named it.
It asks to be met.
It asks to be understood.
It asks to be integrated.

Michelle doesn’t teach forgiveness or shadow work as a concept.
She teaches it as a lived, practiced path to freedom.
For decades, Michelle has supported individuals in releasing old wounds, breaking emotional patterns, and reclaiming their inner authority — not through bypassing pain, but by meeting it honestly and compassionately.
Her work is grounded, direct, and deeply human.
She understands that forgiveness and shadow work is not a one-time decision.
It is a practice.
And when practiced with care and integrity, it leads to freedom.
Michelle brings clarity, emotional safety, and steady guidance to this process — so you’re not doing it alone, and you’re not forcing yourself to “be ready” before you begin.
